Data Deletion

You can delete your RevshiftReels data at any time. This page explains how, including for data received from connected platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.
Delete your account in the app
Sign in and go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, series, generated videos, stored files, and connected-account data — including stored platform tokens and account identifiers — from our active app database, revokes platform access where the platform supports revocation, and cancels any active subscription. This cannot be undone.
Disconnect a single platform
To remove only a connected platform, go to Dashboard → Connections → Disconnect. We revoke our access token with the platform where possible and delete the stored connection data, including tokens and account identifiers, from our active app database. You can also revoke RevshiftReels from the platform side at any time — for example via your Instagram or Facebook account's apps-and-websites settings or your Google account permissions — and we delete the corresponding stored data in line with platform policies.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email support@revshiftreels.com from the address associated with your account and we will delete your data. We may need to verify your identity first. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, or dispute reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
